Introduced on March 11, 2026, in Milan, the new Ecodown Fibers T2T is a free fiber insulation made from recycled polyester waste from the textile supply chain. This innovation transforms textile waste into high-performance warmth, redefining responsible thermal insulation for the fashion and outdoor industries.
The Clever Blend: 80% Textile Waste and 20% PET Bottles
The new Ecodown Fibers T2T insulation is composed entirely of 100% recycled polyester fibers. To achieve the optimal balance of sustainability and performance, the manufacturing process utilizes a specific blend:

80 percent of the material comes from post-industrial textile waste.

20 percent of the material is derived from post-consumer PET bottles.
Unlike typical textile recovery processes that often result in downcycling, Ecodown Fibers T2T maintains the exact same high quality expected from other premium Thermore products.
